A Sostibl Program

The leadership your organization
needs for the AI era

A 6-week embedded program that develops the capabilities AI cannot replicate, assessed by expert facilitators and evidenced by a Sostibl Convergence Score™.

Why L&D Needs a Rethink

The leadership gap AI is making worse

Classroom training, coaching apps, and 360-degree feedback tools develop the skills AI is already replacing. What they cannot develop is the kind of leadership your business will depend on in five years: the ability to act decisively under uncertainty, build trust across unfamiliar systems, and drive outcomes in contexts where the rules haven’t been written yet.

This is what Sostibl develops — and what the Sostibl Catalyst Index™ measures.

The Program

Six weeks. Real challenge. Verified impact.

The Sostibl Corporate Leadership Program is a structured 6-week embedded leadership experience, purchased from your L&D budget. Three phases. One integrated score.

Phase 1 · Weeks 1–2

Orient & Frame

Executives are introduced to a live community challenge in Guinea — a context defined by genuine complexity, scarce resources, and high stakes. They assess the landscape, build their team, and define their approach.

Phase 2 · Weeks 3–4

Analyze & Build

Participants work alongside youth innovators and local community leaders to design and test practical solutions. Facilitators from Sostibl and FCRS guide structured reflection on leadership behaviors throughout.

Phase 3 · Weeks 5–6

Present & Prove

Teams present outcomes to expert facilitators from Sostibl and FCRS. Results are scored against six AI-proof leadership competencies. Each participant receives a verified Sostibl Convergence Score™ at completion.

Delivered virtually · Optional in-person workshops at additional cost · Cohort-based
