Impact Innovation Hub

Real challenges.
Real ventures.
Real leaders.

The Sostibl Impact Innovation Hub Program places your leaders inside a live social enterprise incubator. Working alongside youth innovators from Guinea, they develop real enterprise ideas over 6 weeks. The skills they need to lead in the AI era are not taught here. They are earned.

How it works

Two groups.
One incubator.
Real stakes.

The Impact Innovation Hub brings together corporate leaders and youth innovators from the Conakry Academy of Software and Technology (CAST) in Guinea. Leaders mentor and guide. Youth build and challenge. Together they take real social enterprise ideas from concept to viable plan.

Everyone is accountable to the outcome. This is not a simulation. The stakes are real. So is the work.

What each side gains

Same program. Different outcomes.

The Hub is designed so both sides win. Corporate leaders build real leadership skills. Youth innovators build real ventures.

The experience

What your leaders actually do

Over 6 weeks, your leaders work in cross-cultural teams with CAST youth innovators to take social enterprise ideas from concept to viable plan. They navigate ambiguity they cannot manage away. They build trust across contexts far outside their day-to-day. They make decisions that affect people depending on them. No case studies. No role plays. The pressure is real, and so is the learning.

70%

Hub Work

Live incubator sessions with CAST youth innovators. Mentoring, co-designing, and pressure-testing real ventures.

20%

Social Learning

Learning through the cohort. Peer reflection, expert input, and feedback that sticks.

10%

Structured Development

Frameworks, assessments, and the tools to make sense of the experience.

* Based on the 70-20-10 learning model developed at the Center for Creative Leadership by Lombardo & Eichinger (1996).
