Mona Soni
I'm Mona, a purpose-driven leader with over two decades of experience bridging technology and social impact. As the founder of SOSTIBL, I'm creating Impact Innovation Labs that empower youth in resource-rich regions to become architects of sustainable development in their own communities.
My leadership journey includes executive roles at S&P Global and Dow Jones, experiences that taught me the power of information and innovation to drive meaningful change. I now apply these insights to build pathways for traditionally underrepresented communities to lead the way toward a more resilient future.
Beyond my professional work, I'm a proud mother of three and dedicated kickboxing practitioner—roles that have taught me balance, resilience, and focus.
I believe true success is measured by impact on people and planet. I'm passionate about connecting with fellow changemakers working at the intersection of sustainability, youth empowerment, and inclusive innovation to create lasting positive change in communities worldwide.
